Delivery to the UK takes 3 – 5 working days via courier. If your goods to the UK have not arrived within 7 working days please contact us, so we can trace your order.
If you require your products sooner please contact us before ordering to get a postage quote for either Parcelforce 24hr or Parcelforce 48hr services.
Delivery Worldwide takes approximately 5 – 7 working days. Goods under £25 are sent International Standard over £25 they are sent International Signed and Tracked. Unfortunately we can not offer a faster service overseas. Sometimes to keep the cost down for our customers, we may have to send larger orders in 2 smaller parcels which can be shipped at a lower cost than a larger parcel.
We shall be under no liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, so for important dates like weddings, please order in plenty of time. All vintage cans are well wrapped individually and packaged well. However if your order is found to be damaged upon receipt then please inform us within 48hrs of receiving your order along with a digital photo showing the damage where possible.
Please be advised that it is the customer’s responsibility when ordering to provide us with the correct and complete delivery address. Failure to do so may result in your order being undelivered or delivered to the wrong address which we cannot accept responsibility for.
At no cost to the customer we will replace or correct goods damaged in transit providing we receive written notification and a digital photo of such damage within 48hrs of the date you received it, but not otherwise.
In the unlikely event that you should need to cancel an order, please message us within 24hrs. Please ensure that you include the following information: customer name, order number, date of order. If your item has not been dispatched we will refund you in full. If your order has already been dispatched please contact us where you can return any item to us not used and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods. We recommend getting proof of postage and insurance for the value of the item, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be made to the original payment method minus post and packaging.
We do not issue refunds for ‘postage and packaging’ on items that have been returned to us for a refund.
Refunds are not given on any custom orders, due to these being handmade just for you.
We do not offer refunds after 7 days of you receiving the goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
